Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Final Sale items (marked as such or discounted 60%+) cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return

  1. Initiate Online: Request a return via our Returns Portal.
  2. Pack Securely: Include the original packaging and tags.
  3. Ship Back:
    • US Customers: Use the prepaid label (free for standard returns).
    • International Customers: Cover return shipping costs.

Refund Details

  • Refunds process within 7-10 business days after receipt.
  • $10 restocking fee applies per order (deducted from refund).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not offered online. Place a new order and return the original item.
  • In-store exchanges are available at select US retail locations.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Swimwear (without hygiene liner)
  • Earrings & body jewelry
  • Customized/personalized items
  • Gift cards

Faulty Items

Report defects within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.
